Unfortunately this dress wasn’t flattering on me at all. I’m 5’3” and 140lbs, curvy. I ordered a 10P and it was too big. There was so much fabric I looked like I was drowning in it. The sleeves have so much fabric, they balloon out away from the body and make your arms look huge. The bodice is long so when you tighten the drawstring at the waist the extra fabric billows over the waist. The length was too long even for a petite size it almost came to my ankles. It looked like a maxi dress. The shoulder seam dropped about a 1/2 inch off my shoulder. I could have easily sized down 2 sizes on this dress. I was disappointed because this is the second Maggy London dress I’ve purchased that the sizing has been off. The other one I ordered in a 12P and it was too small!! Yes, a different style of dress but the sizing is off. In the past I’ve always loved Maggy London. I’ve had dresses that literally looked like they were made for me. But this dress is going back.
