It is true to size and you can really feel the control in the skirt.This skirt is cute, and I like the garment quite a bit! The elastic waistband is very very rough against my skin, sadly rendering the skirt almost unwearable without another layer underneath. Without that, I wouldn’t be able to wear it comfortably.I have been a customer of Jessica London for years and have always been pleased with their products. I have been looking for a jeans skirt for awhile and found it on the JL website. The problem was that I wouldn't get it for 2 - 3 weeks, and I wanted it before then. I found the exact same skirt on Amazon but would have it in a week. The skirt actually arrived several days early.The skirt itself is made well, runs true to size and is made of quality denim. I am 5' 4" and it hits me mid knee. The waist band is very comfortable, as is the stretch of the material. I'll probably order in other colors.My wife was VERY PLEASED with this skirt. She is a Plus size but this skirt negated any issues she had with her beautiful size. Very flattering.It fits my middle/older age body perfectly.
