Order was fulfilled from Jessica London company, not Amazon. Sweater was HUGE and did not look quite the same as the one advertised. The neckline seemed to be different and the color was not as expected - more of a burnt orange than a red.I had to return the sweater and unfortunately assumed that because it was ordered on Amazon, that the return would be free like every other thing I have ever ordered on Amazon. However, it didnt offer the choice of dropping off at Khols or UPS. I had to request a return label for the post office. When I got the return label, the small print said they would deduct $9.99 from the refunded amount to cover the shipping. Then when I dropped the package off at the post office, the worker said that the label didn't cover the cost and they are seeing companies do this all the time - sending 1st class labels that don't cover the cost but charging customers for it. I had to pay $11 to ship the sweater back. So basically I paid $11 to try on a poorly made sweater for 1 minute. I am hopeful that they don't ALSO deduct the $9.99 since I printed the label (but didn't use it).
