I'm petite, under 5' and most petite dresses aren't truly petite. This dress is perfect. The waist is placed correctly so there's no puffiness in the back above my waist or bunching creases in the front. I've been weightlifting and this dress shows off my shoulders, biceps and arms in a very flattering way. The color contrasts against my tan nicely. Even the length is perfect, flirty; but not mini. I don't feel the need to tug it down at all. It packs well for trips and washes great. I never put my cloths in a dryer - that might help. I've had it about two years and it still looks great. I will definately buy more London Times dresses. For reference, I'm about 5' 2", 135ish pounds, 36BThe pros:Flattering cut, quality fabric. It's hard sometimes to find a cute style in a petite size; so many of the dresses I like are meant to be worn by someone much taller than me.The cons:The 10 petite fits like a 6 petite.I'm always skeptical when people insist the sizing is off, thinking maybe they're in denial about what size they need, but in this case I will fully admit that I am getting a little too fat for many of my dresses (all 6 petite). They still fit, but they're just tight enough to remind me that I went overboard at the buffet on my last cruise. So, I conceded defeat and ordered this dress in an 8 petite. Waaaayyy too tight, so I exchanged for the 10 petite, which is just a touch too tight. The price difference between a 10 and 12 is over $30, though, and there's no way this dress is worth $82. Honestly, even the $50 I paid is pushing it.
